Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AIWAYZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

AIWAYZ provides a platform for AI-assisted content creation, workflow automation, and autonomous agent execution. The service includes access to third-party AI models, integration connectors, and execution environments.

Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AIWAYZ to:

• Generate content that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer or extract the underlying models or algorithms
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users

Intellectual Property

Content you create using AIWAYZ belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your inputs, outputs, or brand context data. The AIWAYZ platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is our intellectual property.

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for Business plan customers (covered by SLA). We do not guarantee specific uptime for Starter or Team plans. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance.

Limitation of Liability

AIWAYZ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect.
